candidate #3 for the designer position here at Saltmine U, was not just late for their interview -- they never showed.... by the time i got a call from my boss to tell me she'd be late for her part of the interview day, i had pretty much given up on this candidate.... the very last candidate's scheduled for late next week, so i'm looking forward to wrapping up this glacial recruiting phase, in which every word i commit to paper or electrons when communicating with candidates is screened and filtered.
